Our journey started in the year 2005 when our CEO Shree Nangavaram was working in a CPA firm in Michigan. The CPA firm assigned many healthcare clients to Shree to manage because Shree had prior experience working with healthcare businesses.

Right from the onset, Shree realized that healthcare practices that operated as small businesses faced many challenges. These practices lacked the financial and staffing resources that are needed to run a profitable business without compromising on quality.

The one function in a medical practice that is equally important as the medical care to patients is the medical billing and collecting function – the RCM process.

A doctor might provide excellent medical care and the patients will love the Doctor, but without a robust and efficient medical billing and practice management team, the healthcare business will not survive.
